Experts agree that children need to be more active! Drop your children off at Gymnastic Spectrum for our Friday Night Sports program and they'll be active, having FUN and learning about popular sports such as: Volleyball, Soccer, Floor Hockey, T-Ball and others. You can catch a movie or have a nice dinner while the kids are having fun, playing sports and making new friends.

Join us on select Fridays, from 7:15pm - 9:15 pm, for an action-packed evening of multi-sport activities. Friday Night Sports .... Raising sport awareness and heart rates at the same time!
